Clippes circuits are use to clipoff(remove) a unwanted frequency singnal from wavforms. there are four type of clipper circuits

  1. Series positive clipper
  2. series negative clipper
  3. shunt positive clipper
  4. shunt negative clipper

Today we are going to understand series positive clipper

  • Series Positive clipper is a electronic circuit which removes positive of the wave forms
  • when positive half cycle of wave for diode will be reverse biased ther is no current flow between terminals.
  • negative half cycle diode will be forward biased and and current will flow between the load and neagative half cycle only flow

2:1 Multiplexer in Digital Electronics 2:1 Multiplexer A 2-to-1 multiplexer consists of two inputs Do and D1 and one select line S and one output Y. Depends on the select signal, the output is connected to either of the inputs. The block diagram of 2:1 multiplexer The mux will be enabled if enable(E) is activated. After enabling if the select line is low, then the output will be switched to D1 input. The boolean expression for the output becomes Do = when S=0 and output is D1 when S=1. Boolean expression for 2:1 multiplexer Y = Do S' + D1 S The logic circuit of 2:1 multiplexer can be implemented by using logic gates. It consists of two AND gates, one Not gate and one or gate.
