PN Junction
PN JUNCTION:
Formation:- The N and P-type semiconductors are
basic building blocks for semiconductor devices. Joining of N-materials and P- materials
type semiconductor forms a PN junction which is importance in electronic
systems.
PN Junction formed by doping of N-type
impurity and P-type impurity side by side in a single piece of semiconductor. And
it’s called PN Junction diode
